Tasting Note: Brilliant very pale straw in colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Soaring from the glass are potent aromatics of fleshy white peaches, nectarine and light dried honey all subtlety infused with cinnamon. Adding further interest are notions of biscuit, citrusy nougat characters and faint gun flint. Powerful and rich yet remarkably fresh and finessed at the same time, fleshy white peach, nectarine and delicate grapefruit flavours fill the mouth over a background of dried honey, citrusy nougat characters, biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint. Outstanding depth with a long elegant, gently creamed tinged finish that sees the appearance of a light roasted almond element.
